At Healthonik, we take pride in providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that a product is defective, we offer a warranty to ensure repair or replacement. Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Please read the terms and conditions below.
1. Warranty Period
Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery, unless otherwise specified on the product page or at checkout.
Extended Warranty: Some products may offer an extended warranty for an additional fee, which will be detailed at the time of purchase.
Start Date: The warranty period starts from the date the product is delivered to you.
2. What Is Covered
The warranty covers:
Material or Workmanship Defects: Products found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced free of charge if reported within the warranty period.
Normal Use: Coverage applies only to products used under normal, intended conditions and excludes damage from misuse or improper handling.
Repair or Replacement: If a defect is found, we will repair or replace the product with an identical or equivalent item. If replacement is not possible, a refund may be offered.
3. What Is Not Covered
Warranty exclusions include:
Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by neglect, improper use, or failure to follow care instructions.
Wear and Tear: Natural deterioration such as worn parts, fading, or minor cosmetic damage.
Accidental Damage: Damage caused by accidents, drops, exposure to water, fire, chemicals, etc.
Unauthorised Repairs: Repairs or alterations made by anyone other than an authorised service provider void the warranty.
Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, or cosmetic flaws that do not affect product functionality.
Consumables: Batteries or consumable parts are not covered unless specifically stated.
Specification Changes: Changes made by manufacturers after purchase are not covered.
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a claim:
Contact our customer service at info@healthonik.co.uk with:
Order number
Product name and description
Detailed fault description
Photos or videos of the defect (if applicable) We will assess your claim and advise next steps. You may be asked to return the product for inspection.
If approved, you will receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Upon receipt, we will repair, replace, or refund the item according to the warranty terms.
5. Warranty After Expiry
If the product faults after the warranty period:
We may offer repair services for a fee.
If repair is not possible, an alternative such as a discount on a new product may be offered.
6. Limitation of Liability
The warranty only covers defects under normal use and does not cover damage from misuse.
Healthonik is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of income or property damage, except where prohibited by law.
Except for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, we exclude liability for economic losses such as lost profits.
7. Warranty Transfer
The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Resale voids the warranty.
8. Manufacturer’s Warranty
Some products may carry a separate manufacturer warranty. If applicable, manufacturer terms will apply and take precedence over Healthonik’s warranty.
9. Consumer Rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You are entitled to remedies under UK consumer law for defective products.
10. Warranty for Business Customers
Business-to-business transactions may have different warranty terms and are not covered by consumer protection laws. Business customers should review terms at purchase.
